Are Proofs Supplied before Print/Production Commences?
Yes Seymour Sign and Print will supply appropriate proofs, and any artwork must be 'signed off' by the client before production commences. Any alterations or amendments made after the artwork has been signed off may be chargeable. All designs and artwork remain property of Seymour Sign and Print until an order is placed.
What Area do you cover?
Seymour Sign and Print are based in Manchester, however we will undertake work on a national scale. We have designed, printed and supplied a number of Advertising boards to companies in Leister. Stickers to businesses in Portsmouth, and cut vinyl to boat enthusiasts in Scotland, along with signage and vehicle installations across the Northwest of England!
Do I need to supply my own designs or logo's?

Seymour Sign and Print offers a comprehensive design service. You may wish to supply your own designs, however you may wish to check with your representative what the requirements for your artwork are.

If you already have a logo it would be beneficial if you could supply this, any artwork, or images that are either not supplied or are not the correct format may be liable to additional charges to cover the re-generation of the artwork.

Do you offer a free survey and design service?

Seymour Sign and Print will come and visit the site and conduct a thorough site survey. This is to enable us to see what requirements need to be made, gather accurate measurements and obtain a full design brief.

We will put together some initial designs free of charge. These designs are to enable you to see what design options are available within your budget. Upon deciding on an initial design, our designers will then be able to continue with that design, through to a final design.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our industry Seymour Sign and Print does not offer any refunds on printed material, cut vinyl, or ordered materials. Nor do we refund any design charges, once the design process has commenced.

It is imperative that upon payment of your deposit you ensure you have read our terms and conditions, and are happy with the quotation, and products you are receiving.

How Do I pay for my Signs or Graphics?

Seymour Sign and Print will ask for a non refundable deposit is made on some orders, with the remainder of the balance due on completion, or prior to installation. For small value orders Seymour Sign and Print may ask that Full payment is made at the time of ordering.

Seymour Sign and Print accept Cash, Electronic Transfers, and most Credit or Debit Cards.

From Early 2012, Seymour Sign & Print will accept credit card payments over the internet.

Trade and regular customers may apply for a credit account, of which payment terms are agreed, and any late payment will be liable for interest.

Signage & Vehicle Questions

Can I buy my signs online?
Because each sign is individual, we do not sell our signs or vehicle graphics online. We do not have set fees for signs, and as such we are unable to issue an accurate quotation until a design has been chosen.
How much will my signs or graphics cost?

Because there are a variety of ways to produce signs and vehicle graphics, we are unable to issue a quotation without accurate details.

Seymour Sign and Print will undertake a site survey, obtain a full design brief and your budget, from this we will generate a series of initial designs that meet your budget, each accompanied with their own quotation.

This enables us to offer a variety of products and services, at competitive prices. No two signs are the same, and we cannot estimate labour and material costs without knowing what is involved.

Much similar to how a builder cannot quote to build a house without first seeing the architects plans.

How long will my signs or graphics take?
Depending on the design process, production method, and other work commitments, we aim to complete signage and vehicle orders in 7-14 days.
Do your prices include fitting?
All our quotations are itemised, and usually display installation of your signage separately. Seymour Sign and Print, usually operates on a 1/2 day or full day rate, based on two members of staff, excluding access equipment and machinery rental. On occasions Seymour Sign and Print will charge an hourly rate.
